On Dec. 13th, Tuesday,8:30am, PST, in the morning session of "Innovating Strategic Frameworks for Learning Processes" seminar you will hear a variety of talks - as a catalyst for discussion. We are looking forward to your ideas and feedback on how to assemble these talks or others into a book, our website or set of tools to support the development of the strategic value of learning in your organization or company.
We have assembled a variety of thought leaders from IBM, Genentech, SRI, Bechtel, Xerox, ASTD and a number of universities including: Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech, Univ. of California, Berkeley, Santa Clara University, Univ. of Delaware, Marriott School of Management - BYU, and Stanford. During the morning session: some of these thought leaders will be presenting talks focusing on the various dimensions of the topic like: linkages to business processes, valuation of learning processes, innovation development and strategy processes. For the sessions that occurred earlier we will send you abstracts of the talks via email.

Prior to these presentations, Eilif Trondsen and Tom Hill framed the discussion and observations on trends on learning alignment to business objectives from the point of view of the SRI Learning on Demand Program and Learning Economics Group.
